Acquisition and rehabilitation of 2-story, 30,000 SF building in Automotive Historic District. Renovations to include new roof, mechanical systems, hazardous materials abatement, upgrade of existing building design and façade. 1914 structure will include bio-medical facility and lease space.

2000 Bio-Medical

Acquisition of unimproved 3/4 acre "brown field" site located in urban enterprise zone. Property to be developed for use as prototypical bio-medical facility. Plans call for construction of a new 8,350 SF one-story building, all site improvements and complete interior buildout, including FF&E, procurement and installation.

Acquisition and extensive exterior/interior restoration and remodeling of two 110-year-old buildings in Cincinnati's historic Over-the Rhine district, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
